Come join us for a FREE week (5 mornings) of STEM learning, activities, and exploration, songs, exciting Bible stories, games, snacks and lots of fun!
Who: Grades 1- 6 (ages 6-12)
When: Week of July 14-18,
9:00 am – 12:00 am
Where: Stratford Rotary Complex,
Tim Taylor Lounge
353 McCarthy Rd. Stratford
What to bring: Nothing! Just an eagerness to learn and have fun :)
* Snacks and drinks will be provided each morning.

1. The Parent/Guardian signing this form has legal custody over the child. Conditions of custody, if applicable, will be fully communicated to Riverside, including a photocopy of the section of any court order referring to visitation rights.
2. Every precaution is taken for the safety and good health of the child at the program but in the event of an accident or sickness, Riverside including the director, staff and volunteers are hereby released from any liability.
3. The STEMcation Director and leaders reserve the right to dismiss a child who is a hazard to the health and safety of others, or have appeared to reject the reasonable controls of the ministry.
4. All children or their parent/guardian assume liability for any damage to property.
